Ground update:

In my military house they still use 2 core through out the house. I added my own ground which I attached to the copper cold water pipe. This experiment resulted in two different outcomes. The other day I clamped the ferrite on the ground near the other ferrites connection to the hot and neutral trying to balance the distance. I did not like the overall effect. Next I moved the ferrite down near the cold water pipe where RF multipath waves were introduced to my cables reception. Next I decided to loop a single wire through the clamp the same way I looped the one on the main. After striping the wire I attached the ferrite to the ground clamp on the cold water pipe. Now the multipath waves were removed and the RPTV's picture was returned to the same as before the ferrite/ground clamp issue. Now looking at the picture I noticed it had increased a little in sharpness and depth. Audio also improved a small degree.
