The other day I tried the same thing. I clamped on a RS ferrite yo the ground wire and also saw a change in my video picture but my situation may be different from others. My RPTV uses the earth ground. Now I did not keep the ferrite attached because I found it to subtract from the positive results I receive from this add-on. It could be possible it was the added ferrite as I mentioned before adding more than one ferrite subtracts from the performance and actually gets worse. Please report your findings. On the other forum it has been reported the tweak works also for 220v countries.APM
