It would make sense to try terminating any unused outputs, as it can not hurt anything, and if it would be double loading the outputs, you WILL hear this as a degradation, and want to remove it.As for inputs, most agree that these do not benenfit from termination, and doing so can actually confuse auto sensing input designs, but using a plain cap (no termination) should help a little.
