As mhamilton has stated, Zobel is strictly for the high frequency area. Often the speaker impedance there starts going up like crazy and many amps will not like that, some in fact will oscillate, and this is why many amps incorporate the Zobels at their outputs - they make sure there is some "reasonable" load at ultrasonic frequencies.Should not have any effect on low freq, if it is what we usually call "Zobel". However, someone might be using that name to describe something different - happens every day.
