If you decide to upgrade the series caps. you might want to try the Northcreek Cresendo caps. I used them to replace Wonder Caps in a 'speaker using the Focal T120ti tweeter and they were a large improvement.The Hovland caps. are always a good option as well and in direct comparison to the Solens' I think they are vastly better. Very smooth sounding, but a bit more expensive than the Northcreek's.
Having seen a few Audio Concepts crossovers I think the quality of the inductors/resistors is not all that high, at least on the crossovers I have looked at. It might be an idea to replace the stock inductors with Solen 14 guage or maybe the Guertz (sp?) foil inductors. You could also replace the stock resistors with Ohmites', and having compared them to the usual sand cast resitors I think they are better.
