John:This is from the manual for the Servo-50 driver board:
"The driver circuit uses the same topology as the Class A lineamp described in the 3/90 issue of Audio Amateur. It uses complementary monolitic input FETs and special, high frequency second stage transistors with very low collector-base capacitance."
