The easy and reliable way to learn about a company such as Tannoy is to use Wikipedia.It may not be as comprehensive as you'd like, but it'll likely offer links to further reading.
Any Tom, Dick, or Harry can say whatever they like - true or otherwise - on Youtube and there is no one there to ensure its accuracy.
Equipment "reviews" in particular should never be trusted (don't waste you time even watching them), if you are seriously considering the item. Go to one of the few respected reviewers sill left.
