My long ago dealer was a ProAc fan(atic), aside from Avalon they were his favorites. He preferred tubes on them (and everything else) but his SS stable included Rega, Rowland and Ayre. He drove the little ProAc's with a Rega integrated without issues. I heard the Response 2's driven by it as well and the sound was pretty great, for SS anyway. I think it was the Mira, which produced maybe 60 watts and was about $1,000 at the time. I considered it as a mate for my original Rega Planet and Planar 3, and my Avalons, but went the tube route instead.
This was awhile ago so take it with a rock o' salt.
