Big .. expensive.. usually sound astoundingly good. But they are the epitome of Garbage in = Garbage out. The better the quality of the source and amplifications feeding them, the better they sound. And 15 /20 watts of Amp power is More than adequate. Tannoy 15's are the reference speakers Pass uses to evaluate his amp designs.. 'nuff said.
