and after playing with various subs over the years, when I bi-amped to stereo, acoustic suspension sub woofers the bass NEVER sounded better, more correct to me. And lucky enough, that's all which has to matter in my listening room. Go there first and avoid all the experimenting that I wasted money on. My .02 cents...
