It's probably better to cut out a ring from a sheet though.Yeah, these are auxillary speakers that produce mid to highs. I figured I'd try and salvage them and if it doesn't work, replace them with bigger speakers. Trouble is, I'd have to cut into my car's interior to put in bigger, better speakers - and I'd rather keep the original cheapies than do any cutting.
I'm thinking something like Gorilla for the glue. I doubt that it will matter on these speakers. The cone is paper.
Pushing on the cone - I've read that somewhere before - good tip.
