Re: Amp for Yamaha ns 1000 speakers?

I have owned my NS1000m's since 1984. They have been run with 200 watt SS amps (Yamaha M70), 180 watt SS amps (McCormack DNA-1), and 70 watt tube amps (C-J Premier 11A).

They have never sounded bad. I actually prefer the sound with tubes - even though I am now using less wattage.
