Can a 21w SET bring out the best of Merlin TSM ?

General speaker questions for audio and home theater.

I have a TRI 300B SET amps 21 watts and LV Avatar speakers. I would like to try bookshelf for my 14ft X 21ft bedroom. Will my 21 watts amp be enough? The TSM recommended a minimum 30w for tubes, and somewhere here I had read TSM and 15w 300B are worst matched. I'm from Asia, and no chance for audition. I never actually heard Merlin speakers before and have to buy blind.
