Hi there, Sordidman. Long time, no read.I'm doing well, although I still work too much and listen to music too little, but things could be much worse.
I haven't done much audio lately, although I did spend about 10 hours kneading some Cat5 wires into speaker cables this past weekend. I only had a short listen so far, but there were no profound differences in my system to report. Unfortunately, the plenum rated Cat5 I obtainined for the project turned out to not be teflon insulated, so I may be forever left wondering 'what if' (yes, I know I shoul dbe more patient and order the right parts!). Oh, well, it was something to pass the time while I wait for spring to arrive. I did leave some FM static running thru the system overnight and all day today, but I don't expect it to sound much, if any different when I get home.
