I recall Gordon Holt called the A25 bass the best he heard. Note I said best not deepest. Overall I felt the Advent was an excellent speaker for the money but the Dynaco was even better with better controlled bass and superior dynamics(I don't mean loudness but correct chnge in level). But honestly both are truely classics.
