I've never heard them but I like Harbeths, so if I were going to get a small floorstander, that's what I'd get. The new NRG series were designed by Alan Shaw (Harbeth's owner, chief designer and managing director) and Derek Hughes, formerly of Spendor (and the son of Spendor's founder).
