He does not accuse Donegan of theft. He regrets signing away his
song rights, calling it the dumbest thing he ever did, but he does
not accuse Donegan of stealing them. And since it was Donegan's
guitarist, not Donegan, who borrowed the guitar back, with the
permission of those in the house, he does not accuse him of stealing
the guitar. He's a classy guy, unlike you, a lawyer unable to
understand what he reads. Libel is often slanderous by the way.
And, one more thing, Hayward admired Donegan, knew all his songs as
