So....I have added the two CDs to suggested to my Amazon want list. I had some rental issues on some out of state property but that is now cleared up and I can buy stacks again in Sept....
Not Drowning Waving....one of the best band name in all musical history. I have a couple of their CDs including the one they did in New Guinea....always liked them. I also think that McLellan's Horsebreaker Star is one of the best albums ever, it is as good as The House Of Love's album with the butterfly on front....a perfect concept and execution in both cases.
As for the Go-Betweens....sad to say they never quite rang my bell. No accounting for taste and all that....!!
Strange Advance, a David Bowie sound alike band from Vancouver ...have you heard their great song Worlds Away?
