Almost anything by Mike Oldfield, but I especially like Ommadawn and Amarok.Then there's the obvious choices of old Yes and Genesis.
The Allman Brothers have some longer songs, if you like country/rock jamming and guitar.
Cat Stevens even did a long suite or two.
Then there's the king/queen of the hill: Alice's Restaurant :-)
