I'd lost track of Dave. Have always loved his solo stuff, like Chosen People. Like his brother, a keen observer of people. But as you say, perhaps a little on the sweeter side. My favorite Dave solo will always be Celluloid Heroes on the One for the Road video (not the same as on the concert LP/CD). Talk about full-bodied and tender! I got the One for the Road DVD re-release. It has an option for narration by Dave himself. He seems quite a simple laid-back guy. Quite different from Ray. Thanks again!
