No, we don't have photos from the early-to-mid 1980s. But that was when my older cousin was at UC Berkeley. At this time, the English Beat splintered into the Fine Young Cannibals and General Public. The latter would have a massive hit, in "Tenderness."

At UC Berkeley, my cousin and others danced outdoors, to General Public's "Never You Done That." Honestly, had it not been for my cousin, I probably would not have known about "Never You Done That." Each time you play it for audiophiles, they draw a blank. But once you tell them that "Never You Done That" is by General Public, the audiophiles understand.
