No, we do not have photos from 1980, when Squeeze came out with that modern rock classic, "Pulling Mussels (From The Shell)."

If my relatives from Hawaii did not work in Waikiki, they hardly ever went into it. They went to other beaches, such as Waimanalo (above).

But my main home was in San Francisco. And then I went to UC Santa Cruz. The coast from home to Santa Cruz was home to millions of mussels.

In the early-1990s, my friend Tuyet was a fan of modern rock music, and liked Squeeze's "Pulling Mussels (From The Shell)." She then whispered in your ear, that the title "means fingering a pussy." Oh!!!!!
