5 years ago, while my wife and daughter went to Victoria's Secret and Pink, Doja Cat's album, Hot Pink was on physical media, and available in stores.

Our college-aged relatives and their friends were also shopping at VS and Pink. While grooving to Doja Cat's "Say So," they heard more and more reports about something called "COVID."

Half a month later, businesses and schools went into lockdown. Little did we know, that there'd be runs on toilet paper, disinfectant wipes, and bleach.

For many, the lockdowns were a blessing in disguise. Audiophiles, too, latched on to Doja Cat's post-disco "Say So," which sounded like Chic. Audiophiles loved the music video, which featured a hunky stereo repairman.
