When we were growing up in the 1970s and 80s, the Exploratorium used to be at the Palace Of Fine Arts. Now, that was and is right along the Bay. Yet, when the winds blew in from the Golden Gate, the Palace Of Fine Arts seemed to turn its back on those winds.
Nevertheless, in the early-80s, I went to elementary school in Cow Hollow, and loved going to the Exploratorium. There was something about the weather, which put everyone in the mood for lite rock. Indeed, we'd hear the Alan Parsons Project and Ambrosia.
20 years ago, I was back at the Palace Of Fine Arts, where friends were taking wedding photos. We then heard a weird song, called "You Can Run," by Alan Parsons and Ambrosia's David Pack. We did not know what to make of it. 20 years later, we'll let you decide, what to make of it. Warning: if you run circles under the dome, listening to this song might make you all psychedelic :-)
