At the end of 1994, my girlfriend ACS and I had a bowling tournament in Las Vegas. IIRC, we struggled, just to hit our average(s). After the tournament, instead of going home to the Bay, we flew to Reno. We met up with friends who were already there. Oh ho ho; the suite had a hot tub!

Anyway, while in the hotel, we heard Martin Page's "Put On Your Red Dress." Previously, Page was known as a songwriter. This was our first time, hearing him as a performer. At the time, he had a hit, with "In The House Of Stone And Light," which we loved. As New Year's Eve counted down, "Put On Your Red Dress" put us at ease. Nope; no one on that trip had a red dress :-)

In Spring Break 1995, ACS and I went back to Reno, this time for a bowling tournament. Back home, we did bring the Martin Page CD with us, to audio stores.
