The Glory Days of incredible bills brought to us by Bill Graham.
Felt RA, then 18(?) was going to level SF with his deep bass notes.
Whole band was INCREDIBLE!
Beck and McLaughlin jammed at the end and Beck graciously bowed out as McLaughlin
slowly transcended into the air, following glorious notes into a different, lovely universe.
I think inmate Dancing Sea Monkey has some photos from that show.
We didn't know each other then, but became friends a couple years later and
saw JC with the One Truth Band a few years after that.
Well, supposedly I was there...
