When we were little kids in the 1970s, the glam band KISS were in their heyday. Their music wasn't all that great, but their theatrics made them entertaining.

10 years ago, I was winding down my job at Stanford. Sigh, in some music electives, KISS were a part.

Interestingly, while students were enjoying these lectures, former KISS guitarist Ace Frehley had a new album, Space Invader. And from that album, we liked "What Every Girl Wants," which did not bring us back to the 1970s, and did not make us want to play Space Invaders. Th weather was dry and relatively warm, so some of us went to the hills by 280, and wanted rain to invade!
