Most audiophiles weren't in high school in the late-80s, so they missed out on dance music. But shhhh, here's an admission. As much as we liked the music, we weren't really all that comfortable at those dances.
While Kon Kan's "I Beg Your Pardon" was enormously popular, we quizzically frowned at each other, and asked, "How the hell are we supposed to dance to this?"
Kon Kan were actually from Toronto, Canada.
