20 years ago, we kicked off 2004, by taking another road trip to SoCal. Since it was winter, Steely Dan's "Blues Beach" fit the bill. And we learned that "Gaviota," near Santa Barbara, was Spanish for seagull.

Anyway, "Blues Beach" is another deep but enjoyable cut.
