Since the end of 1993 was hot and dry, there was nothing to stop us from hitting California's coasts. Listening to the Pet Shop Boys' "Liberation" was, well, freeing. Like other gender-fluid or -ambiguous PSB songs, "Liberation" could be adapted and adopted to any relationship.

In 1994, PSB would actually come out with a video, but since VH1 and MTV had stopped playing music videos, people didn't really get to see this, until it became available on the internet.
