Ah, Lake Merced. 35 years ago, Andy and Samuel, who were in my homeroom, walked along here. And of course, we talked about music. We discussed Randy Newman's then-new "It's Money That Matters." According to Andy, it had "a distinct sound," and we guess that he was referring to Mark Knopfler's guitar.

Subject-wise, "It's Money That Matters" was kind of a Reagan/Bush snapshot of capitalism and greed.
