35 years ago, during the Fall 1988, when Metallica had come out with ...And Justice For All, we San Franciscans were proud to call them "ours."

Aw damn, no straw!

In the late-80s, San Francisco had two small stores, which carried rock t-shirts: Broadway Rock (Broadway & Montgomery) and Rock Stars (Polk & California). The latter was a dollar cheaper, so my friends went there more often. The t-shirt for Metallica's "The Shortest Straw" was popular. A Pushead design, the front had a skull surrounded by eyeballs. The rear said, "In vertigo you will be."

The reissue places the "In vertigo you will be on the front.
