45 yeas ago, the four members of KISS did something different, each coming out with a solo album. I was in 2nd grade, and my babysitter, Christina, had all four. She liked Paul Stanley's power ballad, "Hold Me, Touch Me (Think Of Me When We're Apart)." When she listened to it, she seemed to be not in this world, LOL.
Alas, Christina's family would move from San Francisco, way out to Dublin. In those days, that was so far away, BART did not exist, and it might as well have been Dublin, Ireland.
Dublin, CA was known for a prison. Now, it's the Bay Area's fastest-growing community, but those homes are unaffordable. Anyway, you never hear Paul Stanley's "Hold Me, Touch Me (Think Of Me When We're Apart)." But when I do, I think of my old babysitter, Christina, who had a calmness which I liked. I've always wondered whatever happened to her and her family.
