25 years ago, I had purchased Kimber Select interconnects and speaker cables, and was thus tapped out. But we still wanted to explore and have fun. So we went on a road trip to San Diego and the Mexican border. It was on this trip, when we heard Natalie Imbruglia's "Smoke."

Now, you have to understand that my friends did not do drugs, drink alcohol, or smoke. And of course, one of my audiophile friends went, "Aw, then go to Mexico, and bring some back for me!"

We don't know about your market, but at home in the Bay Area, you just do not hear Imbruglia's "Smoke." Interestingly, while we were at the Los Cabos International Airport, waiting for a flight back to the U.S., a passenger next to us was listening to music via headphones. The sound leaked, and we saw/heard that she was swaying to Imbruglia's "Smoke."

See, in the late-90s, MTV and VH1 hardly played any music videos. But they did air Imbruglia's "Smoke."
