I've dealt with him on several occasions, and he always follows through. He even contacted me once when the digital booklet for a download I had purchased had just become available (it wasn't at the time I downloaded it). I'm sure he'll be offering refunds to the few, if any, people who purchased the Berg at the higher price. (I had already bought it via HDT.)
