Hi, all.

The winning entries and two special mentions in Stereophile's "Fantasy Symphony Season" reader write-in competition are now posted (link below) for your ooh-ing, aah-ing, and "What was he thinking!-ing"

This was by far the most successful and interesting reader write-in so far, and also by far the most difficult to judge, even with some help from JA. If you entered and did not win, please do not feel bad, as there were twice as many entries that could have won prizes as there were prizes, and a different judge might have picked an entirely different slate of winners.

In the event, there are 13, prizewinners because JA could not break a tie--both entries were great. And that was after I had decided that first and second places both should be ties.

There is a season that could not win a prize but it was so intriguing that I am giving it a personal prize, and Arturo Delmoni submitted a fantastic season on a noncompetitive basis.
