Like LPs listed for well over the retail price?
What is up with that?
New ordinary reissues,, listed with 'free shipping' fro Amazon for say $47.60 when the retail price is $39.95
This happened with some of the Bob Dylan MFSL titles. Annoying, and means you haave to KNOW the real price to not be 'taken' by Amazon.
And the regular Lp stuff prices jumping around all the time. Up overretail, then down..Crazy.
It HAS to be some sort of program whichadjusts prices based on a variety of factors.. LIke current number of purchases of that item, time of day, number of looks per hour, Who knows..
All i know is Amazon has crazy screwy pricing on many music items with no reason I can figure out. The ones who are Amazon Marketplace usually are more realistic, at least for the two or three lowest ones...
But not for the crazy high priced ones.
