I called the number a couple of years ago when I was looking for an amp and he answered. We spoke for a while and he invited me to listen, so I assume that if you call even for footers or whatever he might be inclined to invite you. Don't know until you call I guess.
And Galen has been in SA for many years. I bought a Quicksilver preamp 2nd hand from a forum member probably 15 years ago. The preamp was about 10 years old then, Serial number 0005, and had GC's sticker on the back which is where the original owner bought it.
