As above document and photo everything,I had a big fat Mac tuner sent to me cleary packed wrong,old hard dirty foam around it cheap ass box ,whole front glass front cracked ,busted all over the front,plain and simple bad packing,there was no way they should have paid claim but they did,you never know what theyare going to do.
