Ethernet frames are packets. These are asynchronous (someone may not even call these async) and have huge amount jitter. The packets will be buffered in your streamer's memory and the stream will generate local clock. Don't waste your hard earning money on these. Otherwise you may want to upgrade the cable/fiber to your ISP and the equipment in your ISP. Do you have billion dollars?Any good quality Ethernet cable will do the job.
