I've been ripping my entire collection too. But... you still need to store the actual CD somewhere. That's my question.And I still prefer the sound of my Audio Note transport/DAC over the USB DACs I've tried. Plus, I don't want all that external hard drive fan noise in my living room! Big drives need some form of cooling.
