well, rega's official explanation is that the owners are faulty for being unpatient wait for the end of initializing time. if you don't press any buttons until this time is over, than you should not have any problems with apollo (or saturn) during use.i don't know whether this is true, but rega says so.
i would also love to hear if this is true or not.
