Thank you, very nice description. Helps paint the picture. What's still difficult to conceptualize is I always thought the Planet was one of the most "analog like" players to walk the earth. Perhaps the hard to describe yet major differences lie in the "tone"? That the bass, treble, mids, or overall smoothness isn't night and day, but that the tone is just more intoxicating or seductive to listen to?If only not for the small quirks I've been reading about (skipping the fist second of each track..etc.) I'd probably be an owner.
