From what some of the dealers have told me, the Tele ECC802S has to be carefully selected for microphonics. One friend of mine went through 3 pair before he got a set that sounded good. Bummer as they are very expensive.I have had good luck, but it seems that the supplies have dwindled and that the selection/matching is gone too.
