Here is a sure trouble shoot for you to see if indeed the op-amp. Hook a clipable jumpwire from the DAC chip side of R35 & then another on same side of R36, then run the 2- jumpers to any .47 to 5uf cap or even larger , doesn't matter if you go over the 5uf for this test. clip each end of the 2 jumpers to 1 end of each cap, then take the other end of cap & wrap around the + of existing RCA out for L & R channel. If it produces L & R music you are in buisness. That would isolate problem to output stage, through another 602op-amp in there if you have that allready.Or just send the unit to me if you are US I I will bypass it for you if you are seriouselly stuck.It won't have as much gain, but not way off from stock , easily drivable for passive, as I am doing as I write. E-mail me if you need a free soldered by-pass, but try it with jumpers 1st to see if it is indeed the output stage, this will tell all.
