Over the years, we've had, I'd estimate, fifteen MIT Z-Cord IIs come through. The thing is, they've usually been shown on components. Therefore, I haven't really had posts dedicated to the Z-Cord II itself.
The Cable Cooker is in constant use, and gets moved around to accommodate all those often thick and bulky cables. Because it is lightweight and a long 2m, we use an MIT Z-Cord II between the wall and the Cooker's outboard power supply. No, powercords here do not affect the Cooker's performance.
