Understood, but there are times where all one's able to do is recycle what's left, much like the dirty vinyl pressings of the 70s, or the lower purity and quality of metal during the mid 50s, due to so much of the better stuff being used for weapons of war, during the 1940s, like bullets | guns | tanks | planes | battleships, and so on.
Even the food over the course of the last few decades has become overly processed, and while many of our parents were born like mine around 1939, and meals weren't wasted...-, they seemingly live longer compared to many today dying before having reached the ages of 24 or 51, the quality of not only food, but clothing materials were much much better, as my wife Michelle and I often remarks about how well actors | actresses dressed as we tend to watch movies from 1936-1958, shit even said actors | actresses never had a strand of hair out of place.
In said case, I'm content with simply using recycled goods at best, yet at the age of 64, and having watched both my Mom and Wife suffer strokes, I'd much rather have an active mind, opposed to one that has been damaged, and lays more dormant on occasion, so no complaints there.
