I'm seriously thinking you chose a less than reputable seller, as I've had contact with several, where I've questioned QC issues on several items, and was sent a RMA code and scanner tag to show the post office, which allowed them to be shipped by for free, all this took place over the course of 2 days after reaching out to the original seller.
