Quicksilver older Silver 60 mono's run a quad of el-34's per channel.
Hard to find used because they sound great. They use the current V-4 transformers and have lots of drive. Rated at 60 per channel, but this is under rated...Currently running these with Vandersteen 2 sig 2's.
