Does anyone know if there is a difference between the Technics SL-1500C and the Technics SL-100C
Superficially, they look the same.
Best regards,

That, and the aforementioned changes to cart & arm.
I have the 1500C and really enjoy it, so I'm planning on adding the 100C as a second table for my at-home DJ rig. I know it's not a full-featured DJ table (no speed control, little pop-up light, etc.) but it works quite well for my purposes.
The 100C is likely my upgrade from my Orbit Basic.

You can look up just about any turntable on the Vinyl Engine website at the link below.
One difference that I know of is that the SL-1500C has a built-in phono stage and the SL-100C does not.
Good luck,

1500c = Ortofon Red
100c = Audio Technica AT-VM95C
1500C = Black tonearm and button
100C = silver tonearm and button
